Kind of a quicker piece. I wanted to try a few things differently to make it a challenge. I'm on the fence about the end result, but proud of sticking with it and actually finishing the piece.

- All of my work comes from an idea that either is inspired by a specific thought or feeling or phrase, or it is just an image that I get in my head randomly. I would like to produce something that can be looked deep into and have someone be able to really find something in, but I think if someone can (at the very least) enjoy my work on a purely visual level, then that's great too.

I have the hardest time sticking with pieces that just might not go the way I want. Usually end up just dropping them, so I'm glad to hear you stuck with it and tried some new things. I like how the moon and sky look against each other, it has a clean look that contrasts with the foreground.
Jodi Thank you so much! The thing I was actually unsure of the most was the moon and sky. I really wanted to get it to look like a harvest moon in mid- to late-fall. Looking at it I was afraid it looked a little like the sun.
